Brake System Flush Question 140-160

The m/c was a new (rebuilt) so, it was easy to attach a pair of saved fittings and recycle fluid into the resevoir.

Once mounted, though, I couldn't get the thing to a firm pedal. Only found the broken hard line under the car after a huge puddle had already formed. Now I need to source good brake line material and fittings, or bend and replace the entire line. I think it was nicked when PO had some inferior floor panels replacement work done.
