95 960 Headliner Rattling 900

For some time I have had an annoying loud rattle in my 95 960 sedan. Over the weekend I had a friend ride in the back seat, and the rattle seems to come from under the headliner, left rear, between the rear foot of the ceiling handle, interior light. It does not seem to make a difference whether the sun roof cover is open or closed. Ideas appreciated on what could cause this and how to get the headliner off.
