ignition or fuel stumble? 200 1993

Good morning brickboarders
re my 1993 240 wagon - LH 2.4 with crank position sensor
There is an irregular misfire or stumble when I'm at idle.
Remote temp gauge shows +/- 249F for cyl 3 & 4
Cyl 2 shows 238F
Cyl 1 reads 217F
Is this an indication of a misfire/stumble on cyl 1?
All plugs are new
Do I have an ignition misfire or a bad injector?
or
a timing problem
Hope you can guide me
Thanks in advance
Mort
