960 Seat Heaters 900 1994

Hello- My 1994 960 is having issues with the heated seats on both sides. The switches light up when depressed and you can hear the relay click on however the seats never heat up. Not even a little bit. I have no idea as to how to get the seat apart to access the heater element.... Any thoughts on things I can check, its getting to be cold up here in massachusetts so its about time for seat heaters! Thanks for any input you may have. -Matt.
