supercharge 140-160

Does the blower have the right end seals in it for compressing fuel/air mix?

There are many reasons for not using the single SU manifold:
1. It flows really bad.
2. If you are going to use a draw through system. the end cylinders (1&4) will get a much richer mixture than the centre cylinders.
3. It's got a giant heatsink attached to it.
4. If you separate it from the exhaust, the manifold gets in the road of building decent headers.

You are going to have to fabricate a bunch of stuff to make it all work, so you might as well fabricate a decent intake too, right?

The bore size needs to be set before you plan any modifications to the head & since head mods cost lots of money, you really only want to do one of those.

Are you a metalworker of sum sort? Do you have access to lathes, welders, etc.?
