Does a 93 240 Have the OBD Blinking Light System? 200 1993

I'm trying to help a friend long distance to figure out what is wrong with their car (failed HC and NOx emissions).

So, does the 93 240 have the OBD with the blinking light similar to my 95 940?

If it does, where is it located? I have only had 740 & 940 or the much older cars. I never had a 240.

Finally, am I correct that the 740/940 FAQs will have the info needed to use the OBD on the 240 (assuming it has one)?
