Pcv Oil Separator Box Return Hose Won't Come Out! 200 1992

To start, I've got a 1992 240 sedan, manual transmission with a B230F engine. She runs great now, but has been a bit neglected (previous owners). I'm in the middle of replacing my entire PCV system, and have managed to get everything removed except the Oil Separator Box Return Hose (part can be found by going to the link at the bottom).

It's like the hose is stuck, and frankly so am I. I considered just leaving it and installing the Oil Separator Box over it, but in my attempts to remove it I've cracked the hose a bit so just leaving it as it for the time isn't much of an option.

It's in pieces now and I was hoping this wouldn't turn into an entire weekend project. I mean, there's a lot of football to be watched! Any advice would be much appreciated on how to get this brittle hose out of there.

Thanks in advance!
