1992 245 spark plug wire resistance specs? 200

I have two questions I cannot find the answer to via search, not even google or on the Bougicord site. I have a 1992 245 keeper and a 1986 245 parts car. I am uncertain whether I can swap the spark plug wires from the 1986 to the 1992. They look the same, but are they? Internally they could be different. I am also not sure which car has the newer wires, and whether or not they are within spec.

what are the proper resistance specs for bougicord spark plug wires? I have measured the resistance on the '86 wire #1 as approx. 5k, and the resistance on the '92 wire #1 as approx. 3.6k. Does anyone know what the resistance on a new set should be? I would like to know for each cylinder. What's better - higher or lower? i.e. which should I keep to use and which should go the the junk yard?
