an update. I went to auto glass shop and they said instead of placing the window into this filler strip (volvo part) that resides in metal lift bar channel, they use a glue in the channel and press window in.

They do this with glass in door so they can get it all lined up then come from beneath with the lifter bar and press up.

Got them down to 65.00 from 85 for work because I told them my door is all apart and they won't have to do any reinstallation of door panel.
