supercharge 140-160

I thought about K-Jet, no is basically the answer. The K-Jet you find on NA cars does not compensate for boost differential across the injector, so you would have to adapt K-Jet pieces from a turbocharged K-Jet car. Ever seen one of those?

Thing is the good head I have is a b20b shaved to E spec and need to get CR back down via pistons.

Is your head properly ported & seen a flowbench? You definitely want to start with the best head before stepping up to forced induction.

my initial thoughts were to use the su carb

Blowers don't have end seals for dealing with fuel/air mix unless they are designed to be used suck through style.

Start with MegaSquirt.
