240 sedan rear defrost problem 200 1992

Thanks for the detailed response Art. I bought something to check the voltage with but i think it is a piece of junk...I don't trust it. So, I will buy something that looks more like your suggestion.

I took a picture of what the inside of my kickpanel looks like but am having problems uploading it onto the site.

When I looked real closely, I noticed that to the immediate right of the fuses I have 2 different clear plastic cylinders that are hanging there. The bottom one has a red wire coming out of it that is not connected to anything. The copper is completely exposed as well.

Just thought I should point that out. Maybe I am finding out that there are more problems down there than I realized.....notwithstanding this defroster issue.
