Valve Lifter Removal Tool 140-160

I bent a tool out of an el cheapo open end wrench and found that most of the lifters were
mushroomed to the point I couldn't pull them out anyway.
I've only wiped out ONE engine with lifters on their way to the crankcase. But it was fairly
spectacular. Never saw the lower end but when we pulled the head the piston was at TDC.
One slight poke and it dropped about 3/8". Assumption is that a rodcap bolt hit it and got
knocked off. I was trying to fish them out through the camshaft bore (B30) and got 5 out of 12.
