So I knew that the wiper in Inga was making a lot of noise and sounded like it was about to die. About a month a go noticed the rear wiper did not come on. Checked the wiring in the tailgate and it was still good and marked it down to the motor going out.

Grabbed a new motor at the PUP and after doing all that work, nothing. Pulled out the wiring diagrams and Hi-Lighters and put a relay truth table together for the switch and relay wiring. Well my very first test failed on the relay blue wire. Removed the cover off the steering column and started looking at the switch.

There is a four pin connector that comes off the wagon rear wiper switch just behind the dash on the passengers side of the wheel. Apparently doing the gauge install I managed to unplug that connector, snapped it back together and checked it.

Works like a champ now and the pup motor is nice and quite. Fixed just in time for the flood warning tomorrow morning.
