This is probably the rarest of all Volvo tail lights. Often, after the 164 was rear ended, people replaced them with the more common 4 panel clusters. I once had a NOS set of these that I sold on eBay for $400 (lens only). I do have one of set of these but I hoard them for my car in case of an accident. These tail lights were used 1975-78 only and they were used on the 164E, 262GL and 264GL and the 262C (Bertone). Expand your search to cover these and you might find one. These were not used on the 242GL and 244GL models. No one makes any aftermarket ones and it appears the supply of any NOS ones are completely exhausted. Good luck
