New (to me) door. Tips on replacing my old one? 200 1993

Hello.

Any tips on hanging a rear door properly? And what's the best way of removing the old door? I got one to replace the gouged rear passenger door, but before I get too deep in there, I want to pick the assembled brains here.

In researching this here it seems it can be a bear lining everything up correctly. Should I go top to bottom? Do I remove the bolts/screws that enter the door only? I see pins. Surely I can't just remove the pins like a house door...?

I will have at least one helper if I need it, but I can't hang the door from above, unfortunately.

Any help or tips appreciated. No advice will go unheeded. Please assume I am a moron, because, well, I put the gouge on the original door in the first place, so...

Thanks!
