electric meters 120-130

I need a good reference book showing, in detail, how an electric mutimeter is used to it's potential in automotive and/or high voltage situations. I have one and have a rudimentary understanding of how it works but that's all. I'd like to get a little more sophisticated in that area (oh and a lot of other areas too, like how to make money without really trying, for instance. Maybe I should just wait for Bernie Madoff's Book "Lucrative Tips From a Real Insider")
