No brake lights and the gas gauge and radio come and go - Related? 900

Coworkers 940 Wagon, not sure yet what year.

"No brake lights and the gas gauge and radio come and go." Diagnosis would seem to be a grounding issue, but I know very very little about 700/900 series cars. I didn't immediately find a silver bullet in the FAQ.

Common ground or fuse issue? Advice is appreciated. I'm a 940 novice. About all I know is that the fusebox/relay panel is behind the ashtray. Locations of suspect grounds?

Sorry about the lack of details...

Thanks,
Will
