Intermittent sputtering 200 1993

I have a intermittent sputter while idleing and also sometimes the car is hard to start after driving for awhile (but not always).

I have done the following:
IAC cleaned
TB cleaned
Vac hose replaced
MAF replaced
New plugs and dist cap and rotor
New air filter
Sprayed injectors and head with water with no bubbles
PVC system cleaned including black box
In town and highway driving = 24 MPG

Could a fault temp sensor cause these two problems?

Thanks
Frank
