Lower steering coupler 200

That is the tricky part of the job. Center the wheel and rack before removal an make sure the new rack is centered. Remove the bolt then use a chisel or big screw driver to spread the coupler apart a little and it should come off easily. Putting it back on requires 2 people and the passenger side mount to be loosely attached. One person holds the rack while the other wrestles with the coupler.
