LED Cluster conversion 90% finished 200

I've mounted a 9 bulb strip of LED's to supplement the crappy lighting in the cluster. I was using a 1987 cluster as a model to experiment with and the power source coming from the 13mm two-piece bulb for the original lights that light up the cluster. Now I am trying to mount the facia of the 1987 cluster to my car which is a 1992 cluster... I'm finding that my plan is back-firing cuz the 1992 cluster uses a 10mm one-piece halogen bulb of which i cannot diassemble. I've read and confirmed that the bulb sockets for the circuit board are not the same diameter.... Scraping the power source...

Anyone know of a power source on the circuit board I could tap into?

Cluster #K40168

My last resort is to use a longer wire to attach to the light dimmer... But i really wanna keep the modulation of the cluster for in case I remove it again.
Any ideas?

Tim
