vibration during brake 900 1996

1996 960. New struts. Control arm bushings replaced, front and back. New rotors. New rod links and bar bushings. Calipers with new ring and boots. Rear rotors and pad replaced. All that and I still fill a vibration from braking at 5o or 40 mph coming into a exit ramp. Tires are rated 91H Michelin. I wonder if the tires are bad or defective. Anyone has any idea. I am blunt.
