b18 spec question 120-130

I'm new with the Volvo deal , just a couple question. Pulled the B18 and am pulling it apart just thought I'd measure some stuff to see? The bore is 3.502"
is that std? or, also was the block o-ringed from the factory, this was a good strong running engine and am wondering if its had prev machine work done to it looks decent. Also appears to have aftermarket valve spring retainers, havent got the cam out yet , is there id on it somewhere, Thanks again for the help. Oh its in a 1968 122s
