b18 spec question 120-130

Block is cast b18 on left rear combustion chambers are about 3.4" wide so I'm guessing someone bored to b20 spec. havent cc'd chambers so dont know comp. yet, but did comp. test before diassembly and was pretty consistent 170lbs, so I should go to a b20f head and have port work done? I want the most street perf as possible will also do occasional autocross.. Thanks for all the help , MikeALSO DECK HEIGHT IS ABOUT .020 NOW,and the old gasket measures .030
