Location of Cowl Drains, and cleaning 700

Hi guys. Well still in teh middle of my head-replacement project, which has grown significantly lately. But now I think I'm at least "over the hill" in terms of getting things done and put back together. Well after I removed the hood I noticed the cowl screen had come loose. I guess this is common. So I took off the cowl. I vacuummed the leaved and mung out of there, and want to clean the cowl drains, but I just can't find where they are. Please help. See picture below. Also, as you can see in the photo, there's a piece of screen in there, on the passenger's side just stuck to 2 lines of goo. What's that for? Looks like it does nothing.
