I have a transmisson with d-type OD from a 1967? 123GT, that iwould like to have rebuilt/repaired. The transmisson looks OK but the cone-like pad and possibly much more is destroyed in the OD. Where should I look for a repair shop? I don't feel capable of this on my own. Or should I gamble for a whole new transmisson/od on ebay?
