Air Conditioning Compressor leaking coolant? 200 1988

Recently aquired an '88 240dl and new to working on cars. Yesterday I took the splash guard off to replace pre heat hose and noticed that coolant seemed to be dripping from the Air Conditioning Compressor, can this be right and what can I do about it? Also there was oil on the engine where timing belt cover and oil pan kind of meets up. I don't know if this is connected to eachother. There's no oil in coolant and no coolant in the oil.

Thanks

Joakim
