It runs! Sort of . . . help? 700 1990

Alright, I posted a few weeks back about my brother's 1990 740 GL wagon. I couldn't get it to start then. Today I finally got back to it. Here's what has currently been done:

Intake cleaning (throttle body, air filter)
Checked for vacuum leaks (none found)
Cleaned battery posts and all contacts, including main ground
Cleaned grounding trees near front edges of car
Compression test = 150psi give or take 2psi in each cylinder
Catalytic converted good (removed it, thinking it was culprit. . . grrr)
New engine temp sensor (OBD I said it was bad)
Air intake temp sensor tested good

I now have no OBD codes in either terminal. The car is Rex/Regina.

The car runs, but poorly. It will start with some cajoling. I have to rev it a lot, though the car doesn't rev with the throttle at first. Off of idle, it struggles badly, then "catches" and revs normally. There is very little power. The first five minutes after it is started, it can't hold idle, but dies.

Any guesses? I don't have a fuel pressure tester, but I know that gas is getting there. I'm looking for directions to head . . .

Thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Nate

With the lack of OBD codes and having checked
