difference in 2.2, 2.3 & 2.4 system 200

Since your 240 is n/a, I would say there's little benefit to change anything.
The 2.4 has a 'learning' mode that compensates better to changing engine load or conditions/modifications, but on an n/a there's little difference in the end result if you were to change anything, and that would mean wiring harness, all sensors, injectors, ecu, ICU, power stage, fpr, fuel rail, AMM.
If it were a turbo, (740 LH 2.2 T up to '88), then swapping to LH 2.4 would be a benefit as the turbo enrichment is better and the 2.4 fuel maps change to accommodate things like changing boost pretty well.
LH 2.2 '~84 up to '88 for 240 and ~'90 for 740 N/A and 740 T up to '88
LH 2.4 'late 88-93 240, '91-92 740T
LH 3.1 '90-93 240, mostly 245 w/5-speed
