High Idle 200 1993

Yesterday I cleaned the AMM with CRC cleaner, and didnt touch anything inside it. Also cleaned again the TB with new gasket, but I cant seem to get the TPS set right. Now I have a constant high idle (no hunting).

If the TPS is not set right would it case a high idle and the code below? I also checked the tube from the AMM to the TB and there are no leaks.

Would this cause my current 121 fault (Faulty signal to/from Air Mass Meter)?

The only three items touched were the AMM, TB and the TPS.

Thanks
Frank
