Bad HG - how long can I limp it before changing the oil?

Will,

If it looks like a milkshake, change it now. Then see how long it takes to look like a milkshake again. If you have another vehicle that you can change the oil on, use the other vehicle's used oil to flush the one with the bad head gasket before changing to new oil.
