watery oily puddle under car 900 1994

I have a 1994 940 wagon that has a watery oily puddle beneath it when sitting. It looks like air conditioner water but it is winter here. It does have a oily sheen to it when looking at the driveway but it is clear liquid. I put a paper towel under it and there is no color to it. Any guidance you could give is much appreciated.
