See Rebuild Story Below, Problems Above

Okay so i got everything in seemed to be just perfect till the road trip, i sped around the block a few times great power everything good, i parked her and get some stuff, pulled her back out to get a cleaning, while sitting at the stop sign i started to feel some bumbs from the engine, watching the tach it also followed, i turned off to a different street and hit the gas, big hesitation lots of bumbs and all loss of power except for the turbo pushing the car forward, turned again and almost all power loss again except for turbo, got back home and serious idle issue white smoke from tail pipe deff not the smell of oil almost sounds like a backfire within the ext manifold, WILL not stall/die but havings issue, seems under her hottest temp the problem's arise, i shut it off for maybe 3 minutes started up and idled fine 1 minute later stall issue happened again, i have not verified the timeing just yet but will once its cools alittle as i need to paint while on the t mark.

Well today i had the honor of starting my 89 780, i finally got the rebuilt 93 B230FT and Resealed Tranny installed aft 90 days of work, i spent a lot of money and an extreme amount of time trying to do every item right, replacing any part's i felt could compromise my first start. So aft all this work and time the second turn of the starter i heard Verooooommm Tat tat tat tat tat tat tat tat, then i could have sworm i heard IM Back come from the engine bay but that could have just been in mt head.

I had the Block and Head professionally rebuilt at a local shop, i also had them do the assm of the head and block just to be sure the tqs were correct on all part's. i did not replace the connecting rods or pistons.

I had the Garrett T3 rebuilt professionally also at turbo city in Orqange ca, while i havent taken it out of the road yet it seems okay.

I replaced the ECT, all vac hoses accross the board, put Irdium plugs in, replaced the oil sender ( just to be sure that oil was flowing ) Water Pump, Rebuilt the 93 100AMP Alt that i got with the engine ( bearings and rear plastic sleeve like thing cost me around $20.00 ) Replaced the Ext Manifold with a used one as mine had a small crack where the turbo mounts, as you can imagine all seals dealing with tranny or engine have been replaced, new cap rotor, Motor and Tranny Mounts, center support bearing and outside bushing,.

I also remove the Air Oil cooler in favor of the 93 Oil/Water cooler.

Thanks for all the help of questions i had what few they were during my project, esp on what was the best way to go with my stripped out ext stud, i did end up re tapping it.
