Control Arm Bushings - Front Suspension 200

I know I have 1 bad (loose) lower control arm bushing on the front end of my 91 240 which has 220K miles. I was able to move the control arm and make it knock on the bracket when I was torquing the calipers. This may be the knocking sound I hear when I drive the car.

Am I right in thinking this is a hard job when it comes to replacing the bushing? I don't have the tools I'm sure.

My thought about these bushings is...Replace one, might as well replace them all.
Would this be a good idea and what are the best bushing to get?

What can I expect to pay a shop to have this work done?
