760 Driver door actuator 700

My 89 760T wagon has an issue with the central locking system, i would just like all the doors to open when i use the driver door key and lock when i push down the driver door knob. I have removed the door panel and see someone has butchered the door when installing an actuator for a remote alarm system. How do i get to the original actuator? Should i remove the aftermarket one?
