Changing Odometer 200

I have been working to resolve my odometer issues and bought another cluster at pullapart to use as a donor. My speedo works but not the odometer. The gears are good and I have tried to resolder with not luck.

I do want to make my odometer reading close to what is showing now.

Does anyone know how to change my donor to match the mileage reading i currently have of 189,363?
