frozen caliper guide pins 700 1989

While doing a front brake job, rotors and pads, I discovered 3 out of 4 guide pins were stuck. On the first caliper I was patient with PB Blaster, time and heat. Got it out, cleaned it, lubed it and reinstalled no problem. On the other side both were frozen, so off to the vice with a wire brush, torch and PB Blaster again. Feeling confident, but a little impatient I used too much torque and snapped off both guide pins inside the carrier. The 7xx/9xx FAQ says the carrier is $10 in one spot and "not inexpensive" in another. In another place it says Volvo charges almost as much for the carrier as for the caliper. I've looked at FCP Groton, IPD and eEuroparts and they each sell the caliper as one piece expecting you to reuse the carrier. Where can I buy a Girling caliper carrier other than Volvo, and how much should I pay? What's the best way to drill out the guide pins if I can't find one? My wife is on an extended road trip and my Volvo is on jackstands so I need a quick solution.
