Is a bosch FPR interchangeable with Regina? 700

I'm going to replace my pressure regulator on my Regina-equipped '90 740. The Regina FPR is like $130-150, and the Bosch is much cheaper. Are these interchangeable? Will a Bosch regulator work on my car? I read somewhere else that they operate at the same pressure, but I haven't been able to confirm this. If there's no difference, I'd get it from Autozone. Here is their part:
