I have heat!!!! 200 1990

After replacing the heater valve with a scantech I had minimal heat. So I back flushed the heater core from inside the car and replaced the thermostat. Just to be sure I also ran water through both hoses that come through the firewall. I'm not sure which tasks did it, but now I have heat that I can also shut off. I love it when a plan comes together.

Just a hint for those of you working with heater hoses, buy and use the small packet of hose lubricant from autozone. That $1.50 packet is worth about $150 in ease of work.
