Do I have a B20a or a B20b? 120-130

Sorry for such a long delay, here is what the previous owner says about the engine:
"The B20 engine is out of a 69 122S pistons are 30 over, the pistons were $2200 at the time of the engine build, has a pcr cam, the valves are kept from floating by having 3 bee hive springs per valve, also does away with the monthly valve adjustments. The head was shaved to provide more hp"
So with all of the alterations I am having a hard time dialing in all of the fine tuning adjustments, Timing, Valve clearance, SU adjustment.
The engine casting number is 1008197.
Thanks,
Randy
