To fix the rusted out flanges check w/ a good auto parts store. You can buy a split flange that bolts together in place of the rusted out original. You buy two & bolt the 2 exhaust ends together ala original. I bought the last flanges for $7.00 ea. I was making these split flanges until I tripped over the aftermarket version.
