Poor idle at start, only when cold, only for a few seconds. 200 1993

93 240 Wagon, when you start it when cold, it runs like it is missing on one cylinder. If you goose the throttle for a second, it blows a lot of smoke and acts as if whatever the problem is blows through, and then it runs fine, until it is cold again, and then it does it again. I changed the FPR, and all new o-rings in the injectors this past summer. This problem started about a month or so ago. I ran a compression check when i changed the injector rings, and nothing seemed to stand out. Would a leaky injector do this?
