which brakes do i have??? 700 1989

Hello everybody, i have just spent a bit of time but am having a hard time trying to figure out something, how do i know which brakes i have on my 1989 745 (that is the wagon correct) i read about the code above the passengers headlight, and i have a number there that says 130-1 so i guess that means i have the 1 set of brakes? as that is the only single digit on the panel which i think means i have girling in the front and in the rear, but assuming all this is true, how do i know that im ordering the right pads? i saw at the website

http://sd.autohausaz.com/autohausaz/detailw.jsp?sid=u3hsvv55ecjuwt452xnccn45&partner=autohausaz&year=1989&make=27&model=817~4~~34~~5~@740%20GL,%20SOHC,%20Normal&category=241658@Brake&part=241666@Brake%20Pad%20Set

that there are all the different options for the front but what about the rear? i didnt see any options there....
any input would be a help as i really need to order some rear pads soon as the ones that are on there are almost to the backing!!
thanks!
