Converting Turbo to Non-Turbo 900 1995

There was a link in the FAQs about going from non-turbo to turbo and that link doesn't work, but I am considering buying a 1995 940 with turbo and am wondering what would need to be done to remove the turbo. I have several junk 740s and a 940 (all non-turbo with B230 engines). I guess my biggest concern is the computer and how it would react to no turbo signals. Another concern is the intercooler although I could remove it and the radiator and replace the radiator with one from my junk 940 non-turbo.

It may not be worth the conversion. I just don't want the maintenance a turbo requires.

Thank you.
