New Caliper Bolts Are Longer Than Old Ones 200 1990

My front end parts arrived yesterday from FCP Groton (dust shields, calipers, brakes, rotors, etc.).

As others have found, the ball joints I received are not TRW, rather Moog. Just out of curiosity, why is the right ball joint to strut anchor nut a lock type nut, while the left side has a single unit nut/washer?

The more important question is on the caliper mounting bolts. The new bolts are 3/16" longer. The new bolts are also threaded right to the bolt head, while the old ones were only threaded half way. Yet it is the correct part number (FCP got them from Volvo) #975546.

I'm concerned that these longer bolts may either thread in too close to the back of the hub or rotor, or thread in only so far and stick out a bit on the caliper.

Are these longer bolts going to cause a problem; are they okay to use? And if not, what should I be ordering?

thanks
