No start, cold weather 1990 245 200 1990

Hey all, I am having an issue starting my wagon in this weather (-5 to 3F today so far) It cranks and cranks and sometimes catches feels super rough and at one time it ran for about 15 seconds on what felt like 3 cylinders. Ran fine yesterday in 7F weather on the one short trip I took.

throttle body was cleaned fairly recently, flame trap is fairly new, just changed oil with mobil 1 10w30. I have not cleaned the IAC yet...
***EDIT*** I can hear the fuel pump also.

also, when cranking the speedo jumps like crazy, and the trip odometer turns... this is something that concerns me. should it?

I did a quick search on the subject. I dont have a block heater and i dont have a garage, darned apartment living. thanks for any help, advice, calming my paranoia over the instrument cluster...
