High idle after tuneup 200 1986

My normal 750 rpm idle has jumped to between 1000 & 1100 rpm since I did my tuneup this past weekend. I did the following: plugs, dist cap & rotor, flame trap, cleaned my throttle body with new gasket, new vacuum lines all around, coolant and trans flush. What should I start looking at first?

Thanks..
