Cold weather slow start 700 1992

Just when I thought my 1992 745 was safe ($2600 in new head gasket and various fuel and ignition parts) it shows balky starting symptoms in cold weather. Over 27 degrees (f) starts instantly. Under 27 degrees, takes about five minutes of cranking before it starts, Then run fines. Replaced fuel pump six months ago. New coil, distributor, wires and plugs. New fuel pressure regulator. Had similar problem when wet. Repairs solved wet problems.
Any ideas? Very little left to replace.
