When To Replace Water Pump ? 900

I'll be going on a long trip in a few weeks, and I need my 93 Volvo Turbo 940 to be reliable. There might be other things to consider, but the only issue that comes to mind is that I don't think my water pump has even been replaced. Does anyone think I should get a new water pump put in, just to be safe ?

Currently at 241K, and runs great. Change oil frequently, new tires, brakes, battery, belts a few years ago, fuel pumps, radiator 8 years ago, head gasket, timing belt a couple years ago, front-end seems OK to mechanics, trans flush and adjust a few years ago, use Techron to clean fuel system every year, and much more. What else could go wrong ??

Thanks for any wise insights from experience !
