740 with ideling problems 700 1988

First off thank you for the advice. I have replaced the vaccume lines and this has not helped. As 740turb suggusted I tested the air flow sensor wires. The faq said that the third electrical connector should have 2.3 volts. This connector didn't show any volts but the 6th wire from the right showed 4.9 volts and the 5th from the right showed 13.2 volts all others showed nothing. I am not sure what this means and would appreciate any further help. Thank you.
