Frozen moisture in Brake Caliper? 200

Has anyone had any personal experience with this?

Pull the car out of the Garage (about freezing temp.), Brakes feel fine as I make a quick round trip. Leave the car outside for about an hour in below freezing temps (18F/-7.8C). Start my drive to work and the Brake pedal feels very stiff. car stops straight but the pedal feels very hard.
I am just tossing the idea around that maybe moisture in a caliper froze up the piston.
When I do a Brake job, I usually push in the pistons on all four calipers, suck as much fluid out of the reservoir as possible and refill with new fluid. A Psuedo brake line flush.
I'll have time Saturday to pull the tires and look at teh Pads for uneven wear.
